How To Make A Free Business Email And Use It With Gmail
Hi guys! Today we’re going to see how to make a free business email and use it with Gmail. Now, we’re going to do this with the help of a hosting platform. The hosting platform provides free business email with their hosting plans. But even If you’re using hosting from a different provider, you can follow this article to create your business email.
So after following this instead of you using a normal Gmail address you’ll be able to use an email ID on your own domain name. This means if you have a site like techxprobd.com you will be able to send or receive emails using addresses like
- contact@techxprobd.com
- or support@techxprobd.com
which looks a lot more professional.
Okay, So having a business email will make your customers trust your business and it will also help you promote your business.

I’m Emraan from Techxprobd and let’s know how to make a free business email on our own domain and use it with Gmail. So to do that We are going to do 3 steps.
The first step
- is to get a domain and hosting
Now if you already have a domain and hosting you can skip to step 2 of this article.
Okay! Once you have got your domain and hosting
Next, let’s go to step 2,
- which is to create a business email account
So to create an email account login to your cPanel and search for Email Accounts then Click here.
So Now to create your business email account Click CREATE AN EMAIL ACCOUNT. Now here enter the business email you want. I’m going to enter,
“contact@techxprobd.com”
So Next, you need to enter a password for your business email. You can give your own password. or you can get the default password by clicking here.
I am going to enter the password. Now make a note of this password. We will use it in the latter part of this article. So I am going to copy this. then save it to my notepad. you’ve saved the password successfully. Now enable this to get space.
And click Create
We have successfully created the business email account. Once you have created the account
Next, let’s go to the final step for how to make a free business email
- which is to create an Email Forward
Creating an email forward will forward all the emails coming to your business email to an inbox where you can read your mails.
So to create an email forward Just click here.
And it will take you to this page
Now scroll down Click Forwarders.
And then click Add Forwarder. Now, here enter your Gmail address. where you want to forward your business emails.
I am going to enter my email id, Then, click add forwarder.
So now we have successfully created the email forward. And now, all the emails which we receive to this business email will be forwarded to our Gmail inbox.
So now we know

Now go to the last steps
- try to send an email
Now let’s see how it works. Let’s try to send an email to our business email. To send the email let’s go to any random Gmail account. And click Compose. Now let’s send a test email to our business email.
So now, if we go to our Gmail inbox we’ve received the email. Let’s open it. There You can see that. it was sent to our business email. We’ve received that email in our Gmail inbox.
You will be able to receive business emails to your Gmail inbox. Now, If we try to reply to this mail. You can see that, it still goes from our Gmail id instead of our business email. we want our email to be sent from our business email.
Next, now let’s see how to add Business email to Gmail. So to add your business email to Gmail.
Go to your inbox and click here
And then click see all settings. Now click accounts and import. Since we want to send emails from our business email. Let’s click add another email address.
you will get a new window.
In this box, you can type any name you want from the name. I am going to enter my name.
Now this name will appear when someone receives an email from you. Now in this field, enter the business email that you have created. I am going to enter all of them. then click next step. Now to add your business email to Gmail. You need to get these details from your hosting account. So to get it, Let’s go to your cPanel and your mail. Then click configure mail client. It will take you to your informational page.
You can see that we have got the details we want. So let’s copy these details and paste them here.
First,
let’s copy the username and paste it here. Then Change the port to 465 And then enter the password you saved earlier. So let’s copy that and paste it here.
Once you have entered all these details Click add account. Now Gmail will send a confirmation code to your business email. So to get the code Let’s go to our inbox And open this confirmation email. Now copy this code and paste it here.
Then click verify As soon as you click verify, your business email will be added to your Gmail. If you go to your inbox You can see that. we have successfully added our business email to Gmail.
So now, if you click compose and click here, You can see that. our business email address has been added. Now you can start sending emails from your business email.
So let’s try sending an email I am going to select the business email. Let’s send a test email to a random Gmail address. So now if we click send and go to that inbox and click refresh. You can see that we have received an email.
Okay! So now we can send and receive emails from our business email. This means we’ve now successfully created our business email and know how to make a free business email and use it with Gmail. you can now start using it.
